At Vibes Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of deposit. For clients with packages, a missed appointment or late cancellation will result in one session being deducted. Please understand that we are often fully booked, and last-minute changes prevent us from accommodating other clients. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
